Please read these terms carefully before opening an account, playing games, or using any service on the kotk platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
Important Notice: By registering on the kotk platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kotk ("Company", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("User", "you", "your"). kotk is an online gaming and betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. These terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
1. Definitions & Introduction
1.1 About the Platform
kotk is a secure and reliable online gaming platform built for players in Bangladesh. We use SSL encryption and ensure fair play to provide a transparent and trustworthy environment.
1.2 Key Definitions
- Platform: kotk's website, mobile version, and all related services.
- Account: A user's registered personal profile.
- Bet: A wager placed on any game or sports betting market on the kotk platform.
- Bonus Funds: Promotional credits granted by kotk that are withdrawable subject to specific conditions.
- BST: Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
2. Account Eligibility & Registration
Age Restriction: kotk's services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or older. Opening an account by minors is strictly prohibited. For 21+ only.
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on the kotk platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Only one account may be created in your name.
- All information provided in the registration form must be true, accurate, and complete.
- If you have previously been banned from kotk, you may not register again.
- Registration on behalf of a corporate entity or a third party is not permitted.
2.2 Account Verification
kotk may at any time request documents (national ID card, passport, or other valid identification) for identity verification. Ignoring a verification request may result in the temporary suspension of your account.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. kotk is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party access.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Fast Transactions: All withdrawals on kotk are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Terms
- Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from mobile numbers or bank accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
- kotk reserves the right to decline any deposit.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 4 for details).
- Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
- In cases of suspicious activity, kotk may suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
kotk offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳11,000
The bonus applies to the first deposit only and is awarded once per account.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- Requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- kotk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Where promotion terms change, advance notice will be given where possible.
4.4 VIP Program
kotk's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%
You may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on your gaming activity. Eligibility for each tier is determined by your overall gaming participation.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy
kotk is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. We use technical safeguards and conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of all games.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in opening multiple accounts.
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system for fraudulent gain.
- Using automated software, bots, or similar technology.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Opening an account with false information or attempting to evade verification.
- Any technical attack intended to disrupt kotk's services.
5.3 Consequences of Violations
If evidence of any of the above activities is found, kotk may take the following actions:
- Temporarily or permanently suspend or close the account.
- Cancel any bonuses received along with associated winnings.
- Take legal action under applicable law.
- Notify the relevant authorities.
6. Sports Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Settlement
kotk settles bets based on official results. For cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA tournaments), kabaddi, and other sports, the results issued by the official governing body will be considered final.
6.2 Cancelled & Rescheduled Matches
- If a match is cancelled, any bets placed on that match will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
- If a match is rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with kotk's own policy.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data issue, kotk reserves the right to void the affected bets.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
kotk reserves the right to set a maximum win amount for a user in any single event or gaming session. Users will be informed of this limit via their account dashboard.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection
kotk collects your personal information for the purposes of registration, verification, and service delivery. This includes your name, contact details, identity documents, and transaction records.
7.2 Use of Data
Your information is used for the following purposes:
- Account verification and identity confirmation.
- Processing deposits and withdrawals.

9.3 Right to Suspend Services
kotk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any service at any time, either with notice or without notice in cases of urgency. In such cases, arrangements will be made to return any valid funds held in the user's account.
9.4 Applicable Law
The interpretation and application of these terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation where possible.
